Review

The all-cheese lasagna pizza at Vicenza Costa carries good ingredients, but a lackluster crust. The latter issue can be attributed to burning significant portions of the crust, which was already a bit on the thin side for this part of Italy. While thin crusts are fine, a pizza with so much liquid-like toppings (melted mozzarella, hot ricotta, tomato paste or sauce) would not suffer from having a thicker crust. If lasagna pizza piques your curiosity I would also recommend looking at Il Cerbero or Acqua e Farina as locations that also bake an above average lasagna pizza. On a scale of one to ten I give the toppings a 5 and the crust a 3.5
